An AI chatbot builder helps you create and deploy your own conversational assistant. You configure its purpose, instructions and knowledge, then make it available on a website, inside an application or through a supported messaging channel. Choose the level of integration you need

A document-based bot may be enough for answering product questions. An in-app assistant may also need the current page, authenticated user context and access to business APIs. Compare those needs separately: answering a question, navigating to a screen and changing a record require different capabilities and permissions.

Check the supported embed method, knowledge refresh process, branding controls, model options and conversation logs. If actions matter, inspect authentication, confirmation prompts and failure handling. Support for API calls or MCP is product-specific.

Will it work on every channel?

Check each required channel explicitly. A website widget does not by itself establish support for WhatsApp, Slack or a native mobile app.
