Frequently asked questions
Can I use 1 credit from the bulk pack and refund the other 19?
No ordinary partial refund is available after actual use of that purchase. Another completely unused purchase can still qualify.
Does a rejected submission or pre-start cancellation count as use?
No. Returned credits can qualify again if the whole purchase remains unused. Pending reviews and reservations must first be resolved or cancelled.
Does payment guarantee a listing?
No. Review standards still apply. The credit is consumed on approval and returned on rejection.
How does the gift differ from Feature?
Successful paid listing includes 7 days in the shared category new-arrivals area. Home, category and tag sponsor placements require a separate booking.
Do credits expire or renew automatically?
Credits do not expire. Purchases are one-time, without subscriptions or automatic renewals.
How do I request a refund or report a payment problem?
Request an eligible full refund in Billing. Contact hi@aitrovex.com about statutory rights, duplicate or unauthorized charges, or non-delivery.
