Terms of service

1. Accounts and acceptable use

Use accurate account and submission information. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your Google-linked account. Do not impersonate another person, submit unlawful or infringing material, manipulate promotion metrics, abuse verification endpoints or interfere with the service.

You must have legal capacity to enter into this agreement and authority to act for any business you represent. The service is not directed to children.

2. Submissions and review

Free submissions require a verified backlink to AITroveX. A credit submission reserves 1 credit and does not require a backlink. There is no daily submission quota; duplicate checks, review standards and reasonable technical abuse controls still apply.

Paid submissions receive priority review within 2 business days. Payment does not guarantee acceptance. Approval consumes the reserved credit; rejection returns it. Successful paid listing includes 7 consecutive days in the category’s shared new-arrivals area, separate from paid sponsor placements.

You retain rights in your submitted material and confirm you may provide it. You grant AITroveX a non-exclusive licence to review, edit, translate and display that material to operate the directory. Public listings may include tool names, URLs, descriptions, screenshots, logos, categories and tags. We may correct or remove listings that violate these terms, become unavailable or no longer meet review standards.

3. Credits and payments

Credits are prepaid units for AITroveX submission and promotion services, not a subscription. The current packs are USD 10 for 1 credit and USD 100 for 20 credits. Prices exclude applicable taxes; check the final amount at checkout. Credits do not expire, are tied to your account and are not transferable or exchangeable for cash except under our refund policy or applicable law.

Waffo provides the hosted checkout and acts as merchant of record for purchases processed through it. Its checkout terms and privacy notice also apply. Payment methods depend on your location and the options available at checkout. Credits are delivered after payment confirmation; a browser return page alone is not confirmation.

When spending credits, the oldest available purchase is used first. One service may draw from more than one purchase. Refund eligibility is assessed separately for each purchase. New prices apply to future purchases and bookings; confirmed bookings retain their agreed price and duration.

4. Promotion services

Promote only tools published in the directory that you are authorized to manage. Homepage promotion costs 4 credits per 7 days; promotion on one assigned category or relevant tag page costs 2 credits per 7 days. Each paid placement supports up to 3 simultaneous tools with rotating order. Dates depend on availability, with bookings up to 90 days ahead.

Promotion begins at the confirmed start time and lasts 7 consecutive days. Shared visibility is not exclusivity. We do not guarantee impressions, clicks, search ranking, sales or uninterrupted availability of third-party sites. Metrics are estimates with deduplication, not independently audited figures.

A booking cancelled before its start returns its credits. If we stop a promotion for a platform delivery issue, we return credits in proportion to the unserved time. These credit returns are distinct from cash refunds and do not restrict mandatory remedies.

5. Refunds and service problems

Our ordinary cash-refund policy permits a full refund of a completely unused purchase. Once any credits from that purchase have been actually used for an approved submission or promotion that has started, the remaining credits from that purchase are not eligible for an ordinary refund. Read the separate Refund policy for reservations, returns and exceptions.

Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory withdrawal rights, remedies for non-delivery or defective services, protection against unauthorized charges, or other rights that cannot lawfully be waived. Contact us if a service is not delivered as described.

6. External tools, suspension and responsibility

Directory listings and sponsored placements are not a warranty or endorsement of an external tool. Third-party websites have their own terms and privacy practices. Some outbound links may be affiliate links; sponsored placements are identified.

We may restrict an account where reasonably necessary to address fraud, security threats or material violations, and provide an explanation when practicable. Suspension does not automatically forfeit statutory refund rights. Contact us to ask for a review.

We take reasonable care in providing the service. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused solely by third-party tools or events outside our reasonable control. We do not exclude liability or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Changes and contact

We publish updates with a revised date. Material changes affecting existing paid rights will be notified through the website or account email as appropriate; changes do not retrospectively remove rights already attached to a purchase.
