Omnia Agent: GEO and AI Visibility Tools
Turn AI citation data into reviewed GEO work.

What does Omnia Agent actually do?
Omnia Agent, also called Omnio in parts of the website, is a GEO assistant inside Omnia. It helps a marketing team understand how its brand appears in AI answers, investigate the pages those answers cite, and turn findings into content or website changes. GEO means generative engine optimization: working on whether and how a brand is represented in generated answers.
Think of a buyer asking for a shortlist of suppliers. The useful question is not simply whether your website ranks on Google, but whether that answer names your business, describes it accurately and cites a relevant page. Omnia combines its visibility data with an agent that researches, drafts and carries out approved work. It is aimed at business users, particularly small marketing teams and SEO/content leads.
Diagnose the gap before creating more content
The agent reads your tracked share of voice, citations and sentiment, then researches your competitors and cited sources on the live web. This can help distinguish a missing product explanation from a competitor comparison that needs updating or a third-party article worth approaching.
A practical request is: “For this topic, show which sources cite competitors but omit us, then suggest the first page to improve.” Treat the resulting priorities as proposals to inspect. Omnia says it remembers brand preferences and suggests three projects daily; neither feature removes the need to verify product facts and source quality.
Run one project from evidence to an approved change
A useful first trial is a single topic and a single page:
- Prepare the brand, competitors and buyer questions in your Omnia workspace. Keep the target market and language consistent.
- Ask the agent to explain the citation gap using your tracked data and source pages.
- Request a draft with your verified product information, a clear comparison or useful answers to buyer questions.
- Review the claims and destination. Supported CMS connections such as Webflow and Contentful can publish content; GitHub can open a pull request for technical changes. Approve only the work you want executed.
- Revisit the tracked answers and compare the page's traffic and conversions in Google Analytics.
These are suggested tasks, not an account-tested button sequence. The agent also creates documents, PDFs and email drafts. Gmail and Outlook connections support outreach, but contacting a publisher does not guarantee inclusion. Search Console integration can help with indexing-related work; it does not guarantee an AI citation.
Measure citations and business outcomes separately
A citation is useful evidence of visibility, but it is not a visit or a sale. Keep the same question set when comparing periods, inspect the actual cited pages and use the read-only Google Analytics integration to examine traffic and conversions. Avoid treating a change after publication as proof that the edit caused it. Omnia's terms do not promise a particular visibility or commercial result.
The pricing table includes ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews and AI Mode by default; Gemini, Claude and Copilot are available on request. Prompt tracking is daily. Confirm which engines are active in your workspace before comparing results.
Trial, budgets and integration permissions
Checked on 2 October 2026, the public pricing page offers a 14-day trial without a credit card. Monthly EUR pricing lists Growth at €79, Pro at €279, and Enterprise from €499, before applicable taxes. Annual billing has different monthly equivalents. Growth includes 25 tracked prompts and 150 monthly credits; an Insight costs 30 credits. Credits and prompt capacity are separate budgets, and the page does not establish one universal cost for every agent action. See the current plans and credit rules.
Publishing, sending, spending and deleting require approval. Connections use OAuth or API keys depending on the integration. The vendor describes encrypted credentials in a separate vault and private brand workspaces. Review the privacy policy before connecting business systems; those statements do not establish zero retention or a universal no-training guarantee.
Questions to settle before subscribing
Is Omnia Agent just another visibility dashboard?
No. It can use visibility data to research and draft work, then execute approved changes through supported integrations. Its value depends on whether those actions fit your content process.
Is it free to keep using?
The advertised free access is a trial. Continued use requires a paid plan, with prompt and credit limits to review separately.
Will it guarantee mentions or leads?
No. The service terms expressly exclude guaranteed outcomes. Evaluate citations, referral visits and conversions as distinct signals.
