Submora: Backlink Management and AI Submission Help
Prepare relevant submissions and keep published backlinks organized.

What does Submora actually do?
Submora is a web workspace for backlink management and website promotion. In plain language, it helps you decide where to introduce your website, prepare the required material, record what you submitted and check the resulting links later. A backlink is a clickable link from another website to yours.
It suits founders, independent makers and people promoting several websites who need to keep descriptions, tasks and follow-ups together. Its documented workflow centres on selected destinations and known published URLs; do not assume it provides a complete database of every competitor’s backlinks.
From product facts to a real submission
- Save your website description, audience and images. Choose a destination that fits the product and inspect its requirements before adding it to Plan.
- Open the task and select Prepare submission content. Review the source labels: fields may come from saved details, AI adaptation or matched selections. AI rewriting depends on the destination configuration.
- Check names, URLs, claims, required selections and images, then confirm the current draft.
- Open the destination. Copy the fields or use Submora Fill where offered, inspect the filled form and complete any login, CAPTCHA, upload or final submission yourself.
- Record the actual outcome. Keep a submission awaiting review in that state; add its public URL only after publication is confirmed.
The content preparation guide explains these controls. Automatic publishing is a separate workflow for supported destinations. A prepared draft or filled form is not a published listing.
Bring existing backlinks into the same monitoring workflow
Use Add backlink for one placement or Import CSV for a batch in Backlink management. Select the receiving website and provide the public source page, rather than a directory homepage or submission form.
CSV files must use UTF-8, contain a url column and stay within 1 MB and 500 data rows. Optional fields are target_url, name, note and published_at. Each import belongs to one website. Preview invalid and duplicate rows before confirming; an import exceeding remaining monitoring capacity is rejected without partially saving it. The CSV guide provides the template and full rules.
Read page availability, target-link presence and indexability separately. When a check is blocked or times out, open the source page and verify it manually. Check now requests another check; marking a follow-up resolved does not repair the external link.
Find conversations worth contributing to
Discussion discovery finds public conversations and prepares editable replies using the stored title, excerpt and website facts. It does not read the entire thread. Read the original discussion, edit the draft and publish it yourself.
Reply drafting currently offers English or Chinese. Optional automatic discovery runs every 12 hours. The current shared account limits are five manual scans, four automatic scans and 20 reply-generation attempts per UTC day, with two automatic searches enabled at most. Failed generation attempts count, and paid plans do not increase these limits.
Choose by workload and monitoring period
Public USD prices checked on October 20, 2026:
- Free: one active website, five guided submissions total, two automatic submissions total and ten monitored links.
- Launch: $39 once; one website, 60 guided and 30 automatic submissions total, 200 monitored links and 90 days of monitoring.
- Growth: $19 per month; three websites, 25 guided and 30 automatic submissions per month, and 500 monitored links while subscribed.
- Agency Early: $49 per month; ten websites, 50 guided and 50 automatic submissions per month, and 2,000 monitored links while subscribed.
Growth and Agency Early include exports. All four plans currently have one account seat. Monitoring capacity is not a promise to deliver that many backlinks. Check the current allowances and billing conditions for checkout taxes, payment availability and changes.
What to check before sharing website materials
The privacy policy covers account details, website information, tasks, results and operational logs. It describes necessary retention, possible international processing and requests for correction or deletion; it says personal information is not sold. It does not establish a fixed deletion deadline or a blanket no-AI-training promise.
You retain rights to the material you supply. Promote only content you own or are authorized to represent and follow each destination’s rules. Acceptance, link retention, indexing, traffic and rankings remain outside Submora’s control.
Questions before you start
Do the free submission allowances renew monthly?
No monthly renewal is advertised for Free: its five guided and two automatic submissions are total allowances. Launch also has total allowances; Growth and Agency Early have monthly submission allowances.
Does importing a backlink use a submission allowance?
No. It uses monitored-link capacity shared with submission-associated links. Importing records a reported placement; run or review a check before treating it as verified.
Does “Indexable” mean Google has indexed the page?
No. It describes the restrictions observed during the check. Likewise, a limited check does not prove a link has disappeared. Inspect the source and its actual clickable target link.
