GoodSocials AI LinkedIn Post Manager
Research-backed LinkedIn drafts you approve before publishing.

GoodSocials is a web-based AI social media manager for people who publish from a personal LinkedIn profile. It turns your website and optional business data into post ideas, drafts and images, then keeps each post on a review board until you approve it. Approved posts can be scheduled for your LinkedIn feed.
What is GoodSocials, in plain language?
Think of it as a LinkedIn content assistant with a publishing calendar. You give it context about your business; it proposes posts; you decide which ones are accurate and worth sharing. The tool handles preparation and scheduled delivery, while responsibility for the claims and the final approval stays with you. It is aimed at founders, consultants and operators who want a regular personal-profile presence, as well as agencies managing profiles with each client's permission.
From website to scheduled post
According to the official setup guide, you sign in with LinkedIn, paste your website URL and answer short questions about your goals, cadence and suitable topics. GoodSocials creates four themes, three brand principles and seven initial cards. Its board has Idea, Draft, Image, Scheduled and Posted columns, so you can see where each post stands.
Review each card before it moves forward. Approve advances it, Revise accepts a specific correction and keeps the previous version in history, and Reject removes it. Approving a finished post places it in the next available slot. Check the Scheduled column for the date and time, then use the Posted card's link to verify the result on LinkedIn. Nothing goes live until a plan is active and that particular card has been approved.
Where the ideas and voice come from
GoodSocials describes three kinds of material: market research, deeper source-based explanations and your own business numbers. Read-only connections to Stripe, GitHub, PostHog, Plausible and Notion can provide figures or excerpts where you choose to connect them. If a draft needs a number only you know, the card leaves a gap for you to fill rather than inventing it.
A correction on a card can also update a reusable voice, visual or format principle. That helps later drafts follow the same rule. The official docs say posts are written in the third person, even when a note requests “I” or “we”. Before scheduling, a quality check flags unsupported claims, invented numbers and empty posts; you still need to verify figures, sources and rights yourself.
Publishing rhythm, access and data
Settings allow a cadence of one to seven posts per week, with at most one per day per profile. The documented posting time is 09:00 in the board's time zone. LinkedIn access expires after 60 days; reconnecting is necessary or scheduled publishing pauses. GoodSocials supports personal LinkedIn profiles only. It does not publish to company pages or other networks, handle comments or messages, or provide follower and impression dashboards.
The privacy policy lists the LinkedIn identity and encrypted posting token, board content, billing identifiers and product analytics it processes. It says account data is stored in the EU, while some processors operate in the US. Settings offer a JSON export, profile disconnection and account deletion. Consider the data you connect and review the current policy before adding sensitive business figures.
Trial, plans and usage limits
As verified on 28 September 2026, the official terms list a 14-day trial, followed by USD monthly plans: Pro at $100 for one profile, Agency at $1,000 and Consultancy at $2,000. Applicable VAT is extra. Each profile can generate up to 200 images per calendar month, including regenerations; text posting can continue when image generation reaches the cap. The current official terms list up to 12 profiles for Agency and Consultancy; confirm the allowance at checkout. You can cancel through settings; the paid period runs to its end.
The terms say you own your drafts, posts and generated images, while uniqueness and copyrightability of AI output are not guaranteed.
