Building and operating an app are separate activities. A live app that sends email or invokes a built-in AI service can consume integration credits. Ordinary database reads and writes do not consume those credits.

You can start through prompts and visual editing. You still need to explain the intended behavior and check forms, permissions and results; advanced custom logic may benefit from a developer.

Can I export the code and run it elsewhere?
