Circle Panel for AI-assisted user research and interviews
Plan studies, interview real users and turn recordings into reviewable findings.

What does Circle Panel actually do?
Circle Panel is a web workspace for user research: prepare a study, find people to speak with, run interviews and organize what you learn. For a product manager investigating a confusing onboarding flow, it connects the research question to real participant conversations and evidence the team can review.
AI helps draft and analyze the research. The documented interview workflow has a human moderator—you, a teammate or the Circle Panel team. Its verified language scope is Arabic and English, including switching between them during a session. It is particularly relevant to UX researchers, designers and teams studying MENA audiences.
Turn a question into a study and recruit participants
Describe what you want to learn. AI drafts goals, a discussion guide and screening questions that you can refine before recruiting. Check that the guide addresses your actual decision and avoids leading participants.
Share a branded booking link with your own users, use the built-in participant panel, or combine both. Participants select a time and screening checks eligibility. The official panel overview describes a verified MENA panel, applicant review, invitations, reminders and incentive handling. Confirm availability and recruitment or incentive charges for your target group; a subscription price does not establish an all-inclusive study budget.
Run interviews and trace findings back to evidence
- Set your research goal, participant criteria and session length, then edit the generated guide.
- Recruit and schedule eligible participants through your list or the panel.
- Obtain recording consent and conduct the video interview with the guide and follow-up prompts available.
- Review the live bilingual transcript, recording and tagged moments, then compare themes and quotes across sessions.
- Share checked findings and keep the study in the searchable repository for future work.
AI groups patterns and ranks findings by frequency. That makes recurring issues easier to inspect, but frequency alone does not determine importance. Check the original quote or clip before relying on a summary; the terms explicitly warn that AI output may be incomplete or wrong.
Test a prototype before building the flow
The prototype testing workflow starts with a shareable prototype link, such as Figma, and tasks for testers to attempt. Recruit suitable people, then review recordings, click paths and follow-up answers to see where they succeed or hesitate.
The site describes password-protected Figma links, multiple variations in one study and presentation-ready findings. Specific export file extensions and a public API were not verified. Assess those requirements separately if your workflow depends on them.
Trial, subscription limits and study costs
On October 7, 2026, the monthly pricing cards displayed Starter at $29, Pro at $49 and Business at $119. Local currency may appear where available and checkout taxes may apply. Paid plans advertise a 14-day trial without a credit card; annual billing advertises a 20% saving.
- Starter: 20 AI credits monthly, two active studies, ten sessions monthly and three seats.
- Pro: 50 AI credits, unlimited studies, 25 sessions monthly and ten seats; AI debrief, themes and insight ranking are listed.
- Business: 100 AI credits, unlimited studies, 50 sessions monthly, unlimited seats and priority support.
Unlimited studies do not mean unlimited sessions or AI usage. The panel page's general unlimited-seat wording differs from the lower-tier cards; use the plan-specific limits. Credit consumption rules and whether recruitment/incentives are included need confirmation. No permanent free plan was verified.
Recording consent and third-party AI processing
The privacy policy says recordings and transcripts are processed by third-party AI providers to produce transcripts, themes and reports. Research content is not used to train models offered to other customers; zero-retention processing is used where a provider offers it. This is a conditional promise, not universal zero retention.
Researchers must obtain recording consent. Recordings and transcripts remain while the workspace keeps them, with deletion when the workspace removes them or closes. International processing is possible. The service terms preserve rights to research content you create or upload while granting the processing license needed to deliver the service.
