Incredible — an AI desktop assistant that carries out tasks
Delegate browser, app and file work by voice or text.

What is Incredible, in plain English?
Incredible is an AI desktop assistant from Sweden’s Norditech AB. You tell it the outcome you want, and it can read the relevant screen, work in connected applications, operate websites and change files on your computer. For example, a request can start with information in an email and end with an updated document or a prepared follow-up.
It is useful for people who repeatedly move information between systems: sales staff maintaining contacts, operations teams organizing receipts, and founders researching companies or coordinating meetings. Its value depends on whether your particular apps and actions are supported, so start with one representative job.
Work across apps, websites and files
The app connection guide explains how to connect services such as Gmail, Slack, Google Calendar and Notion. Inspect the connector’s actions rather than assuming it can perform everything the app supports. Pipedream powers these connections, so its name can appear during authorization.
For websites without a connector, install the browser extension. Chrome and Chromium browsers such as Edge are supported; Safari and Firefox are not. The assistant works with your signed-in browser context. The browser guide explains setup and the data passed to the desktop app.
Local-file tasks include creating or editing DOCX, XLSX and PPTX files, reading PDF documents, organizing folders and converting supported formats. Specify the destination and check the saved file. Dictation can insert cleaned-up speech at the cursor; it does not translate your words. Advanced users can add an existing MCP server by address and authorize its tools.
Turn a request into a checked result
- Install the desktop app on macOS 13 or later, or Windows 10 or later, and create your account in the app.
- Open the source document or page. For an application-based job, connect the required account and inspect its available actions first.
- Hold fn on Mac or Ctrl + Space on Windows and describe the result. You can also type through the bar at the top of the screen. A useful first request is a short summary of a selected email thread, with the next actions listed.
- Inspect the result on Home. Review the activity log, names, dates and source material; use Follow up to request corrections.
- For ordinary tasks, review the approval card before sending to other people or performing an irreversible action. Check the destination app as well as the assistant’s completion message.
Choose a small task with an obvious completion condition before giving it a large folder or a recurring business process.
Reuse tasks with teaching and automation
Save a successful task for reuse, or use Teach a task to demonstrate a stable process while explaining what you do and why. Open only the relevant materials, demonstrate one job, stop the recording and inspect the saved instructions. Variable business rules should be explained explicitly.
Scheduled runs execute once or repeatedly at a chosen time. Autopilot watches connected apps for a condition, such as an incoming invoice; its documented default checking interval is 30 minutes, with other rhythms configurable. It is not a promise of instantaneous detection. If explicitly told to act without asking, Autopilot can send to other people automatically. Set that permission deliberately and review its Activity history.
Trial, subscriptions and usage limits
Checked on 8 October 2026: the official pricing page offers a seven-day individual Pro trial without a card. Published dollar prices are Pro $50, Max $179 and Ultra $500 per seat per month. Max provides three times Pro’s usage, and Ultra ten times; these are usage multipliers, not guaranteed task counts.
Without a card, the trial does not charge you when it ends. Adding a card during the trial continues Pro at $50 a month. Team plans start paid and each seat has its own usage allowance. Standard accounts have daily, weekly and monthly meters; a full meter pauses work until reset. Check the in-app allowance and checkout for current conditions and taxes.
Screen access, cloud processing and control
The privacy policy says instructions and context may be processed by external AI providers under agreements prohibiting model training on that data. Desktop operation therefore does not mean everything stays on your device. Encryption is provided in transit and at rest, but the service is not end-to-end encrypted.
Detailed diagnostics are off by default; separate content-free product-improvement telemetry is on by default and can be disabled. Company users should check their organization’s permissions before connecting accounts. The terms require checking AI outputs and additional conditions before processing sensitive personal data. Treat summaries, file changes and automated actions as results to verify.
Frequently asked questions
What can this AI desktop assistant actually do?
It can research information, work with connected apps, operate supported browsers, and create or edit local files. A good test is a task with a specific input, destination and result you can check.
Is Incredible free to use?
There is a seven-day Pro trial, not an established permanent free plan. Continued use requires a subscription and remains subject to usage limits.
Can it repeat tasks automatically?
Yes. Saved tasks can be scheduled, while Autopilot responds to conditions in connected apps. Review the checking interval and whether it should ask before acting.
