Vidnoz requires explicit consent from the person depicted when creating a custom avatar. The user is also responsible for obtaining permission to use or share the avatar and its generated content. The depicted actor may ask the user or Vidnoz's moderation team to remove their likeness.

The moderation policy prohibits avatars of minors, real people, celebrities, or public figures without explicit consent, as well as copyrighted depictions without authorization. Privacy and data retention

Vidnoz collects account, contact, usage, device, transaction-related, and service interaction information. Its main privacy policy says usage data can include preferred avatars, voices, voice performances, and feature activity. Service providers may receive data for payments, hosting, IT, analytics, audit, legal, or other operational work.
