Coachare: AI coaching for personal and professional growth
Turn coaching conversations into goals, practice and weekly action.

What does Coachare do, in plain English?
Coachare is a web platform for working through personal and professional development goals with an AI coach, with the option to involve an independent human coach. In everyday terms, you bring a situation such as a career decision, a difficult team conversation or a leadership challenge; the platform helps you reflect, rehearse and turn that discussion into actions you can revisit.
Its purpose is continuing development rather than a single answer. Goals, milestones, assessments, coaching sessions and weekly check-ins contribute to a shared development record. The official site describes ten AI modes, including career, executive, leadership, communication, productivity, confidence, founder, decision-making, difficult conversation and general coaching.
Turn a difficult conversation into a plan
A useful first task is to prepare for a real conversation: explain what happened, who is involved and the outcome you want. The AI coaching page describes methods including GROW, Socratic questioning, motivational interviewing and behavioral rehearsal. These help structure reflection; they do not establish that every response is correct or that an outcome is guaranteed.
- Create an account and describe your role, goals and coaching preferences during onboarding.
- Choose a relevant AI coaching mode and discuss one concrete situation.
- Turn the useful insight into a SMART goal with milestones and a next action.
- Record what you actually did at the weekly check-in and review the development timeline.
On eligible paid plans, practice simulations let you rehearse negotiations, performance reviews and difficult conversations, with feedback by dimension. Leadership and communication assessments offer another way to compare your own responses over time. AI feedback and self-report assessments should not be treated as validated diagnoses or proof of improved leadership.
From human sessions to weekly follow-through
The advertised hybrid workflow connects a human session to the work between appointments. The coach records objectives; with your consent, the AI turns them into a weekly plan. You log actions and approve the progress summary that goes back to the coach. Sharing can cover specific goals, selected action items, assessment results or approved summaries, rather than automatically exposing every private AI conversation.
As checked on 29 October 2026, the coach directory says coaches are being onboarded and offers a waitlist through free account creation. Treat human matching and bookings as dependent on actual availability. The planned directory supports specialty, industry, language, budget and availability filters; do not assume a coach in your language can be booked immediately.
What is free and what costs extra?
The official pricing page, checked on 29 October 2026, lists Free with 10 AI messages per day, up to three active goals and weekly check-ins. Its default monthly display shows Plus at $29 for 100 daily messages and access to assessments, simulations and hybrid tools; Pro at $79 for 400 daily messages, advanced simulations, all assessments and unlimited goals.
Business is displayed at $49 per seat per month. Human coaching sessions are priced by each coach, and organizational human-coaching credits are purchased separately. These are the public page’s default dollar-symbol figures, not a local-currency quote; check currency, taxes, billing interval and current entitlements before purchasing. A paid AI plan does not imply that human sessions are included.
Privacy, memory and current limitations
You can inspect, correct or delete stored memories and turn persistent memory off. The five context layers described publicly cover the current conversation, summaries of previous conversations, a development profile, goals and commitments, and relevant retrieved memories.
The privacy policy states that messages are sent to AI providers to generate responses and private coaching content is not used to train models. It describes explicit sharing with coaches, aggregate employer reporting with cohort minimums, and logged, justified, scoped access for sensitive administrative requests. Recording and transcription are off by default and require every participant’s consent.
Both that policy and the terms are explicitly marked Draft and not reviewed by counsel as of the verification date. Treat these as the provider’s stated practices, not an independent security or compliance certification. The draft terms require users to be at least 18. Coachare is professional development coaching, not therapy or medical, legal or financial advice; AI responses can be inaccurate.
For managers, organizations and coaches
For an individual professional, the main fit is a recurring habit of reflection, communication practice and goal follow-through. For a manager or founder, leadership and decision-making modes provide a place to prepare a specific situation before acting. It is less suitable when you need an immediately available specialist, validated clinical assessment or guaranteed results.
Organizations are offered workspaces, programs, seat allocation, coaching credits, competency frameworks and aggregate engagement reporting. Coaches are offered profiles, scheduling, video sessions, client-authorized notes and action items, plus Stripe Connect payouts. A platform fee applies to marketplace sessions; the official coach page says it is shown before a coach accepts a booking. Public API documentation, native apps and specific file-export formats were not verified.
Frequently asked questions
Is Coachare free?
Yes. The published Free plan has a daily AI message cap and an active-goal limit; paid plans increase access. Human sessions are separately priced.
Do I need a human coach to use it?
No. The official onboarding starts with the AI coach. Human coaching is optional, and the directory currently reports onboarding rather than assured immediate availability.
Who can read my coaching conversations?
The draft policy says you control sharing with coaches and employers receive aggregate reports. AI providers still process messages; review the current policy before sharing sensitive information.
