DailyHelm: AI Business Intelligence and Daily Business Reviews
A daily business review that turns connected metrics into priorities.

What does DailyHelm actually do?
DailyHelm is an AI business intelligence tool for founders and small operating teams. It reads data from connected business services, reviews changes overnight and produces a daily brief with three prioritized actions. Instead of starting the day by opening several dashboards, you can start with a short list of issues to investigate, supporting evidence and an estimate of impact, confidence and effort.
It complements existing analytics dashboards. An ecommerce operator might use it to investigate a conversion decline, while a SaaS founder might examine acquisition changes or rising costs. These are decision-support scenarios, not promises of higher revenue. External connections are read-only: DailyHelm recommends actions, and your team decides what to change.
Turn scattered signals into a reviewable action list
Six specialist agents examine different parts of the business. Iris looks at analytics, funnels and acquisition channels; Pitch examines advertising spend and efficiency; Echo reviews SEO and indexation; Ada relates findings to code changes; Penny looks for cost issues; and Sage examines site performance and conversion blockers. The daily brief ranks recommendations by expected revenue impact, with evidence to help you decide whether the issue deserves attention.
Aria is the conversational assistant for follow-up questions. Use it to explore the reasoning behind a finding, then check the source metrics before implementing a change. You can accept, snooze or dismiss findings in DailyHelm; accepting a finding does not authorize a connected platform to make changes.
Ada should not be treated as an unrestricted repository audit. The security page describes GitHub access to recent commit and pull-request metadata, the file tree and selected manifests such as README or package/config files, rather than all source code or secrets. AI findings can be incomplete or wrong.
Get from setup to the first daily brief
- Create an account and describe what the business sells, who buys it and which outcomes matter.
- Open Connections and authorize at least one supported source that you are entitled to share.
- Wait for the scheduled review. Support describes a first digest the next morning and a daily run at 04:00 UTC; that is not necessarily morning in your time zone.
- Read the brief in the app or its email digest. Compare important numbers with the source, using matching dates, filters and currency.
- Ask Aria about unclear findings, record your decision and implement any chosen action in the relevant business service yourself.
The coverage depends on the sources connected. A single analytics account does not provide the same context as analytics, payments and advertising together. Allow time for the first scheduled run rather than assuming an immediate report.
Check integrations before choosing DailyHelm
The current integration directory lists GA4, Google Search Console, GitHub, Stripe, Google Ads, PostHog, Zendesk, Site Crawler, Slack, Shopify and Square. Meta Ads and HubSpot are marked “Soon”; do not plan a live workflow around them yet.
Support states that each integration currently connects one account per user. Multi-account support is on the roadmap, which matters for agencies and operators managing several brands. Read-only OAuth access does not pause ads, publish pages or initiate transactions. Slack appearing here is a product integration, not evidence of a public user community.
Trial, monthly plans and per-business billing
Checked on 8 October 2026, the English pricing page advertises a seven-day trial without a credit card and these monthly dollar prices:
| Plan | Monthly price | Seats | Aria messages/month | Finding history |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Solo | $99 | 1 | 30 | 60 days |
| Growth | $199 | 3 | 75 | 1 year |
| Scale | $349 | Unlimited | 150 | Unlimited |
All six specialist agents and Aria are listed across the plans; the message allowance still applies. Each business requires its own plan. Scale additionally lists API access, webhooks and PDF export. These are the public English-page prices, not a verified local checkout total or tax-inclusive quote.
There is a material inconsistency: the terms of service still describe a free private beta. Confirm the applicable trial, billing and entitlements during signup. A permanent free plan cannot be established from these conflicting pages.
Understand access, AI processing and deletion
Read-only describes permissions in connected services, not an absence of data processing. The privacy policy covers business profiles, connected data and Aria conversations, including processing by service providers. DailyHelm says customer data is not used to train general-purpose AI models. The security page identifies Firestore in the US region us-central1; the privacy policy also allows other processor countries.
The security overview puts EU residency and SOC 2 on its roadmap. It also describes some token-encryption work as pending, despite broader encryption wording elsewhere. Do not treat those planned controls as completed certifications or guarantees.
Disconnecting a source stops new reads and deletes indexed data, but previous findings remain. Account deletion is a separate process: privacy mentions up to 30 days, with legal exceptions, while support says seven days. Ask support to clarify the applicable retention period before connecting sensitive business information.
The terms say you retain ownership of your customer data and must be authorized to grant access.
API and exports for an existing workflow
Scale is the plan listing REST/JSON API access, webhooks and PDF export. The API documentation describes business-scoped bearer keys, read-only or read/write permissions and a limit of 120 requests per minute per key. Write access concerns DailyHelm records, such as finding status and notes; it does not remove the read-only boundary on external integrations.
The published example base URL includes “staging”, and SDKs are marked as forthcoming. Confirm the production endpoint and account entitlement before building an integration rather than assuming that example is a production contract.
Questions before connecting your business
Is DailyHelm free to use?
The pricing page offers a seven-day, no-card trial, followed by listed subscription plans. The terms still mention a free private beta, so confirm which terms apply to your account; a permanent free tier is not verified.
Do I need to connect every supported platform?
No. Support instructs users to activate at least one integration. Start with the source relevant to your question, remembering that unconnected systems cannot supply context and announced connectors may not yet be available.
Is business data used to train AI models?
DailyHelm says it does not train general-purpose models on customer data. That statement does not mean data stays on your device: connected information and conversations are processed to provide the service under its privacy policy.
