Fuse AI for AI sales prospecting and outreach
Find suitable prospects, enrich contact data and review AI-written outreach in one sales workflow.

What does Fuse AI do, in plain English?
Fuse AI helps a B2B sales team turn a description of its ideal customer into a list of people to contact and a campaign to reach them. It combines prospect search, contact enrichment, company research, buying signals and outreach through email, LinkedIn and a power dialer.
Think of it as a workspace for the preparation and follow-up around a sale: identify relevant businesses, find the right roles, fill missing contact details and prepare messages. Sales representatives, founders and revenue operations teams still decide whether an opportunity fits and what should actually be sent.
Build a prospect list worth contacting
Start with the customer profile: industry, location, company size and the job role that buys your product. Fuse can search for matching people and companies, organize them into lists and enrich records with email or phone information. Existing contacts can also be imported, and lists can be exported to CSV.
Smart columns add research to each row. You ask a focused question, such as whether a company is hiring for a relevant role, and receive an answer alongside the contact. The standard engine uses existing row data and model knowledge; Deep Research checks live sources and can expose supporting sources. Review those sources before using an answer in personalized outreach. Some rows may fail or remain incomplete, so a small sample is more useful than assuming every contact is ready.
Use buying signals to decide who to approach next
Fuse monitors events such as funding, job changes and website visits. These can help prioritize accounts and trigger follow-up workflows that research prospects, enrich records or update a CRM. A signal supplies context for a conversation; it does not establish that a company wants to buy.
Its engagement tools prepare personalized email and LinkedIn messages, organize replies and support dialing workflows. This suits teams coordinating several sales steps rather than just generating a standalone sales email.
From customer profile to an approved campaign
The official campaign workflow documents this sequence:
- Define the buyer and preview a small search. Check the resolved filters and any criteria Fuse could not interpret.
- Check the credit balance, then save a suitably narrow list with the enrichment you need. Wait for processing and inspect which contacts actually have usable work emails.
- Connect the sending account in Fuse. Add your website, product information or a knowledge hub so the AI has relevant context.
- Create a campaign draft, inspect its steps and messages, and edit inaccurate claims or unsuitable wording.
- Approve activation only after reviewing the audience, schedule and message. Track responses and credit consumption before expanding the campaign.
Campaign creation does not itself activate sending in the documented API flow. Individual message approval depends on the campaign's review settings. The sending policy also requires an unsubscribe link and prompt handling of opt-outs.
Keep your CRM and AI assistant connected
Fuse documents integrations with Attio, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho and Pipedrive. Contacts, companies and sales activity map to different objects in each system. Engagement fields are not equally available across all five, so inspect the CRM mapping guide before relying on a reporting workflow.
Developers can use the HTTPS API with an API key. The MCP connection uses Fuse sign-in and the connected user's permissions, letting a compatible assistant operate the account. Its access can include editing campaigns and sending messages, so account permissions and review controls matter.
Free plan, paid plans and usage credits
Checked on October 8, 2026, the public pricing page lists Free, Solo, Team and a custom Enterprise offering. Free provides limited capacity; paid plans expand data operations and team capabilities.
The public USD page has annual and monthly billing options, but some allowances and “unlimited” labels differ between its cards and comparison tables. Confirm the exact allowance and billing term in the account before subscribing. This listing does not treat those conflicting numbers as a guaranteed quota.
API and app data operations share a workspace credit balance. Search, enrichment and research can consume it; reading records and downloading exports do not. Preview a small sample and check the credit rules before running a large list.
Data handling and practical limits
Fuse processes professional contact data and information connected to the account. Its privacy policy describes service-provider sharing, international transfers including the US, and access, correction and deletion requests. The stated restriction on training generalized AI models concerns Google Workspace API data specifically; it should not be expanded into a promise covering every kind of data.
The service terms require checking contact accuracy and restrict resale or redistribution of lookup information. Treat enrichment and generated copy as material to review. Local database coverage, delivery and sales outcomes should be tested against your own target audience.
Frequently asked questions
Can I try Fuse AI for free?
Yes. A Free plan is publicly listed, with limited usage. Check the account for the current credit allowance and feature access rather than assuming free means unlimited.
Can I keep my existing CRM?
Fuse documents five CRM connections. Check which contact, company and activity fields your chosen integration writes; an integration does not imply identical engagement reporting everywhere.
Does AI outreach run without review?
A campaign starts as a draft in the documented workflow and needs approval to activate. Separate review of each queued message depends on the campaign settings. Review the target list and generated claims before authorizing sends.
