Start from a checked message, not a vague topic

Write a short source note with one audience, one takeaway and no more than five supported facts. Paste it into Visuals, generate several alternatives and choose the structure that matches the relationship: sequence, comparison, hierarchy or cycle. Edit labels, colors, icons and connections instead of accepting the first attractive option. The official product overview confirms that generated elements remain editable and lists PPT, PDF, PNG and SVG exports.

For Slides, review the questions and approve the outline before spending credits on generation. Check every title, quote, number, unit, date and chart against the source. An AI-created chart can look quantitative without using a reliable scale or complete dataset. Ask a colleague to explain the visual without seeing the source; if they infer the wrong relationship, simplify or replace it. After export, open the PPT in the target presentation software and inspect fonts, wrapping, alignment, animations and editable elements. Use PDF for a fixed review copy and SVG when scalable vector output is needed.

Credits, watermarks and confidential material

Napkin has a free plan with recurring AI credits and paid Plus and Pro plans. Editing existing content does not consume generation credits, while creating new slides or visual effects does. Uploaded text may contain client strategy, financial projections or personal data.
