Tadata AI sales assistant for research, meeting prep and follow-up in Slack
Bring customer research, meeting briefs and reviewed follow-up work into Slack.

Tadata is an AI sales assistant that works in Slack, helping sales representatives and go-to-market teams turn connected business information into meeting briefs, prospect research and follow-up drafts. Its main appeal is having prepared work arrive where the team already collaborates.
What does Tadata do, in plain English?
Think of a colleague who gathers the background before a customer meeting and prepares the paperwork afterwards. Tadata can bring together account history and recent developments, then draft the follow-up email and proposed CRM changes. You remain responsible for checking the facts and approving actions.
This is especially relevant to founder-led sales, account executives and GTM operations teams that spend substantial time moving between business tools.
Turn a sales day into prepared, reviewable work
Before a meeting, Tadata prepares context about the people and company involved. During a conversation, its sales workflow supports questions grounded in connected CRM records, documents, product updates and customer history. Afterwards, it prepares the follow-up, next steps and CRM updates.
The prebuilt agents also cover personalized outreach, warm introductions, LinkedIn signals, newly hired decision-makers and conference preparation. Use these as starting points for a defined task, rather than assuming every source is available or every generated detail is accurate. Verify names, dates, commitments and customer context before approving work.
Connect the tools needed for your first task
The official setup description starts with connecting Slack and the tools your team uses. A practical first run is one meeting or one account:
- Choose the result you need, such as a meeting brief.
- Connect the relevant business tools and invite Tadata into the appropriate Slack channel.
- Select a prebuilt agent or describe the work to delegate.
- Review its output and approve the appropriate follow-up actions.
The connector directory includes HubSpot, Attio, Salesforce, Gmail, Notion and Granola, with MCP/API extension advertised. Third-party prerequisites still apply: Salesforce requires an API-enabled organization, the Tadata package and a My Domain connection.
Keep team processes and access under control
Tadata describes portable company context and learned workflows that can be exported when changing models. Personal connectors such as Gmail normally use each teammate's account, while some enrichment connections can be shared. Decide which information each workflow needs before rolling it out across a team.
Free credits and monthly plans
Checked September 8, 2026, the pricing page lists 1,000 one-time free credits. Standard tiers show Lite at $39 for 1,000 monthly credits, Pro at $149 for 4,000 and Scale at $299 for 10,000. Enterprise is custom-priced.
The homepage separately advertises $50 in free credits; the public pages do not explain the conversion. Do not add the offers together or infer a fixed task count. Prices retain the site's dollar notation; taxes, regional availability and per-task consumption need confirmation before purchase.
Understand what happens to connected data
The security page says access is limited to invited Slack channels, while messages and thread context are stored as conversation history. Credentials stay in an encrypted vault and are attached server-side rather than exposed to the model. Data is hosted on AWS in the US.
Tadata states that customer data is not used to train AI models. Its privacy policy also discloses session recording and analytics, so a no-training policy should not be interpreted as no storage or processing.
Frequently asked questions
Is Tadata free forever?
The published free allowance is a one-time credit grant. Continued use depends on consumption and the chosen paid plan.
Will it send outreach without my approval?
The sales page says work is drafted for review and nothing is sent on your behalf without approval.
Does it replace my CRM?
No. It works with connected systems to retrieve information and prepare updates.
Does “no training” mean no conversation history?
No. Messages and thread context are stored; training and retention are separate policies.
